HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Download the return form or use the form on the back of your invoice.
2. Enclose a copy of the completed cancellation form or the invoice for the item in the parcel.
3. Send the package back to us with sufficient postage to the address below.
Return at your own expense!
Please note that we accept no liability for uninsured parcels.
Important: The item must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to exchange an item and make a direct charge.
In order to make it as simple and quick as possible, we ask you to re-order your desired item and return the item to us for exchange.
This way, both items will be processed separately. You will get your money back for the returned item and the newly ordered item will be sent directly to you.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN COSTS?
The return costs are paid by the buyer.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE RETURN?
After we have received your return, you will receive your money back within 2-3 working days, using the payment method originally chosen.
